Full Form of DVD : Digital Video Disc (or) Digital Versatile Disc

DVD format can be referred to as either Digital Video Disc or Digital Versatile Disc. This technology uses an optical medium to store digital data. Although a DVD is about the same size as a CD, the DVD’s storage capacity is quite large.

There are different types of DVD depending on the use.
