PNB has branches in Dubai, Hong Kong, Kabul, and Kowloon.
The representative offices are located in Dubai, Sydney, Almaty, Oslo, and Shanghai. During its extensive journey, PNB has also acquired stakes in various overseas companies like Druk PNB Bank Ltd. in Bhutan, JSC SB PNB in Kazakhstan, and Everest Bank Limited in Nepal. Apart from these subsidiaries, PNB also has one more subsidiary named PNB International Bank based in the United Kingdom.
